The PMA Seal of Approval
means Approved Education!
The PMA directory list two kinds of educational programs as noted below:

Schools & universities displaying the PMA Seal of Approval have been evaluated by the PMA for quality and suitability. Coursework is approved for PMA Commission, License and CEU requirements.
- Schools & universities not displaying the PMA Seal of Approval have received a free listing in the PMA database. Coursework may or may not be accepted by the PMA and is evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Approved Training Providers. The training offered by providers in this category have received PMA approval. Completion of their training program qualifies the individual for PMA commission; may also be applied toward PMA license requirements, and may be substituted for PMA annual CEU requirements for commissioned and licensed practitioners.
