This section is for health care practitioners that wish to have a listing in the PMA "Find a Practitioner" Directory and who do not wish to apply for PMA license. The cost to register as a Professional Associate is $60 annually which is a small price to pay for having your name and services promoted to the general public and multiple thousands of PMA members that are seeking alternative health care products and services.

Please complete the registration form below select below and checkout using your credit card. Upon receipt of your registration we will review and either approve your registration or refund your $60 payment. After approval you will receive instructions to complete your online listing in our directory.

Candidates for PMA license and licensed PMA practitioners do not need to complete this registration. You already have the option of being listed in the directory. Login and go to the Directory Setup page for information on creating a directory listing.
